Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience with our products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and picked up from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Return & Replacement (Defective or Incorrect Product Only)
We offer returns or replacements only in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear, unedited video of the original unboxing.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Eligible items can be returned/replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the complaint was filed within the 24-hour period.

3. Colour & Shade Variation
Please note that colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

Shades may also vary from batch to batch (lot to lot) during production.

Therefore, no return or exchange requests will be accepted for differences in colour or shade.

4. Additional Notes
Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return.

Final approval for any return or replacement lies solely at the discretion of our quality control team.
